The CloudyDays network uses a virtual currency called 💧 also known as Raindrops. This currency exists only within the CloudyDays network and has no real world monetary value.
Raindrops may be freely transferred between players. CloudyDays holds no responsibility for lost or stolen currency resulting from hacked accounts, scams, or user error. Any recovery requests may be reviewed on a case by case basis but are not guaranteed.
CloudyDays reserves the right to modify, reset, or shut down any server or feature at any time.
If a player is found abusing bugs, exploits, automation, or violating server rules we reserve the right to remove ranks, perks, currency, or access to services without compensation.
These in game terms apply to all servers operated under the CloudyDays network unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific server. By joining any CloudyDays server you agree to follow these global terms in addition to any server specific rules.
CloudyDays staff may take action against accounts that violate server rules including warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or removal of perks and currency. Enforcement decisions are made at the discretion of staff.
Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their Minecraft account. CloudyDays is not responsible for damage, loss of items, or currency caused by compromised accounts.
Servers may periodically reset, wipe, or rebalance gameplay for maintenance, updates, or gameplay improvements. Items, currency, or progress may be removed during these resets without compensation.
CloudyDays services may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of servers or services.
CloudyDays reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any server or service at any time if an account is believed to be violating rules, engaging in fraud, or harming the community.
CloudyDays reserves the right to modify, rebalance, nerf, buff, or otherwise change any gameplay mechanic, perk, rank benefit, item, or economy feature at any time to maintain fair gameplay across the network.
CloudyDays servers rely on third party services including but not limited to Minecraft authentication services, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, and payment processors. CloudyDays is not responsible for outages, issues, or disruptions caused by third party services.
Players may create builds, chat messages, signs, items, and other forms of content while playing on CloudyDays servers. By submitting or creating content on the network you grant CloudyDays permission to store, display, moderate, and remove that content when necessary.
CloudyDays is provided as is without guarantees. We are not liable for any damages, losses, data loss, in game progress loss, or other issues resulting from use of the servers, website, or services.
By using CloudyDays services you agree not to hold CloudyDays, its operators, staff, or infrastructure providers responsible for claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from your use of the service.
Impersonating staff members, administrators, or other players is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent bans.
To protect server stability and prevent abuse a maximum of three total Minecraft accounts may connect from the same IP address. A maximum of two alternate accounts per IP per server may be used at any given time. Additional simultaneous connections from the same IP may require verification or proof and are subject to staff approval.
Automated clients, macros, bots, or other forms of automation that provide unfair advantages or place abnormal load on the network may be restricted or banned at the discretion of staff.
Server activity is logged for moderation and operational purposes. The entirety of the server console may be logged for up to three days before automatic deletion. Non private in game chat may also be logged externally through Discord chat integration systems for moderation and community purposes.
If a duplication bug or exploit severely impacts the in game economy on any CloudyDays server the network may perform a rollback or full economy wipe if necessary to restore stability. All CloudyDays servers share the same base economy system unless otherwise specified in the server list located at https://status.cloudydays.icu/. Economy wipes are considered a last resort and will only occur if an exploit causes widespread economic damage. Players retain the right to contact support with proof of their previous balance to request reimbursement review.
Evading a temporary ban longer than 48 hours by using alternate accounts or other methods may result in the immediate forfeiture of assets related to the server the user was banned from. Enforcement may apply to all accounts currently sharing or that have historically shared the same IP address. This clause exists to prevent abuse through alternate accounts, VPNs, or shared connections.

If a player violates enforcement rules including ban evasion, large scale exploitation, or intentional abuse of network systems CloudyDays may remove or permanently delete assets tied to the account including ranks, items, currency, or progression.
Players may request a ban appeal through the CloudyDays support page. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee removal or reduction of the punishment.
VPN or proxy connections are permitted on the CloudyDays network. However only three total accounts may be connected at any given time under the same household, user group, or connection source. Using VPNs or proxies to bypass connection limits, alt account restrictions, or enforcement systems may result in forfeiture of assets and may lead to temporary or permanent bans.
You are responsible for the Minecraft account and any CloudyDays website account you use. We are not responsible for purchases made on accounts you do not own or have lost access to.
Requests to transfer purchases, ranks, or benefits from one account to another may be reviewed on a case by case basis. Proof that you owned the original account must be provided. Approval is not guaranteed.
If you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian before making purchases.
Any attempt to exploit the website, store, payment systems, or server mechanics for fraudulent purposes may result in permanent bans from all CloudyDays services.
All items sold in the CloudyDays store are digital goods such as ranks, perks, cosmetics, or in game currency. No physical goods will ever be shipped.
All sales are final due to the nature of digital goods. Refund requests may be submitted through the CloudyDays support page and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting CloudyDays support may result in a permanent ban from all services. We reserve the right to recover funds lost due to fraudulent disputes.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles secure payment processing and is responsible for calculating and collecting applicable taxes based on local regulations.
Any applicable sales tax is handled by Stripe in accordance with regional requirements.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of CloudyDays services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
